Lagi Resepi Kek Keju tanpa perlu membakar

Ini resepi kek keju yang Chetam janjikan. Resepi ini Chetam minta dari kawan ofis. Chetam belum cuba tapi dan makan 2 kali. Memang sedap. Oh Ya......kat pasaran ada dijual Gelatin yang halal. Maaf juga sebab Chetam tak sempat nak translate ke BM.

CHILLED CHEESE CAKE

250 gm Philadephia Cheese
25 pcs Digestive Biscuits or Marie biscuits
1 can Nestle Cream OR substitute with 2 teaspoon of condensed milk
1 sachet Gelatine OR 3 teaspoon
1 can Pineapple rings OR Peach halves
180 gm Butter (Preferably salted) OR ¾ of the normal size cube butter
1 fruit Orange for its juice
1 packet Jelly (any preferred flavour)

1st layer
Pound the biscuits into crumbs and melt the butter
Pour the melted butter onto the biscuits crumbs and blend/mix it until even
Press onto the cake pan evenly
Put in the freezer while you prepare the 2nd layer of cheese

2nd layer
Melt the gelatine & 2 t/spoon of sugar (optional) in 1/3 cup filled of hot water
Squash the orange for its juice
Cut the cheese into smaller cubes for faster/easy melting
Put all cheese/orange juice/gelatine/Nestle cream or 2 teaspoon of condensed milk into a non-stick frying pan or cake blender
Blend all these ingredients over slow fire until its fully blended
Pour this on top of the biscuits layer
Keep in the freezer until the cheese is dry (at least 20 mins)
Decorate the pineapple rings or peach halves onto the cheese layer

3rd layer
Boil 1 large cup of water and pour in the jelly when the water is boiling
Under low fire stir until the jelly boils again
Optional – to add 2 teaspoon of sugar into the jelly
Pour jelly onto the cheese slowly when it is still hot in order for it to set in and stick onto the 2nd layer

When done put cheese cake in the fridge for at least 4 hours before serving.
