MARBLE CHEESE CAKE oleh Noor Masri
Ingredients for base:
200 gm of any biscuits (e.g. Oreo + Marie) - kak Noor guna biskut digestive
50 gm butter
1/2 tablespoon honey - kak Noor guna 1 sudu besar golden syrup sbb dah sedia ada
1 tablespoon Evaporated Milk (susu sejat) - semlm wat tak buh pun ni sbb malas nak buka tin susu nak guna skit benor
Method:
Crush cookies/ biscuits (in plastic bag)
Micro butter/ honey/ milk for 1 minute
Mix butter/honey/milk to biscuits
Press into an any lined cake tins
Ingredients for cake:
500 gm cream cheese
100 gm castor sugar
2-3 eggs
1 (1 ounce) square unsweetened chocolate, melted - akak guna serbuk koko je sbb mmg dah ada stok kat dlm kabinet..hehe
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Method:
Cut cream cheese into pieces
Beat cheese with sugar until cheese soften add vanila
Add eggs (one or two at a time) and mix well
Micro chocolate 2 minutes to melt
Pour about 30-40% of cheese mixture to chocolate
Ladle onto base in tin (alternating portions for marbling)
Steam bake at 160c for 52 minutes
(microwaves, convection N.B. at 180c in conventional oven )
To stem bake, pour 1 glass water onto a 10"X10" cake tin then put the 8"X8" tin in
Take the cake out to cool
After about 1.5 hours, refrigerate the cake
NOTA:
Ni kak Noor jelaskan lebih terperinci nak buat marble kat atas kek tu spt gambo kak Noor tu..
Asingkan adunan sebanyak 4 sudu besar dan campurkan dengan 1/2 sudu besar serbuk koko.
Ratakan baki adunan ke atas base tadi kemudian akhir sekali sudukan adunan berkoko di atasnya dan lorekkan spt marmar dgn menggunakan garpu atau lidi sate
